Using signNow inside Microsoft Teams
Send your signNow documents for signing as well as create templates from your signNow documents in a few clicks. Track the signing status of sent documents and get notifications whenever your documents are signed.
Users will be able to use the five tabs in the signNow app:
- Shared Documents
- Shared Templates
- Document Groups
Upload documents to signNow
To start working with documents inside signNow, upload new documents or select from existing ones. If you need to upload new documents, you have two options for doing so.
Let’s take a look at how this works:
- In your signNow app, select Upload Document in the sidebar panel.
- The Add documents to signNow pop-up will open. There will be three tabs for uploading documents.
To upload a document from your device, select Upload Document in the Upload tab.
- To upload your recently used documents in Microsoft Teams, switch to the Recent tab. Then, select the documents you need and click Import.
- To upload documents stored in your Microsoft Teams, switch to the Microsoft Teams tab. Then, choose the needed Team.
The list of channels in the selected Team will open. Choose the channel containing the documents (files) you’d like to upload.
The list of Microsoft Teams documents available for uploading will open. Choose the documents you need and click Import.
