# Track documents

# Track documents

Click **Track Documents** on the sidebar to see all documents sent via the add-in.

- Filter documents by statuses, templates, date, or senders by selecting the corresponding dropdown on the top panel.
- Sort documents by ascending or descending order, recent activity, name, or date created.
- Click **More (…)** on a specific document to see available actions.

> Selecting an action will redirect you to your SignNow web account.

- Click **Open Document** to open the document in view mode.

- Click **View Status** to view the detailed document status.

> Selecting **Cancel All Invites** will redirect you to your SignNow account.
