# Templates

## SignNow tabs: Templates tab

Send templates created from your SignNow documents to be completed by your users.

Select a template, then choose an option in the _Template options_ sidebar.

Add fillable fields to your SignNow templates and send them for signing in a couple of clicks.

> **Note!** Add fillable fields to your template before sending it. Otherwise, the **Invite to Sign** button will be disabled.

You can also move your templates to _Shared Templates_, if needed.

You can change a template’s name by clicking **Rename Template**. This option will be unavailable after sending your templates for signing.
