# Troubleshooting

This section covers common issues you may encounter when installing, configuring, and using the SignNow integration for SharePoint Online, and provides steps to resolve them.

## Authorization

| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| SSO login fails or shows a white screen after entering your email | SharePoint Online embeds SignNow in an iframe, and SignNow SSO requires third-party cookies to complete the authorization flow. If cookies are blocked, the login stalls on a white screen or returns to the login page. In your browser settings, allow third-party cookies for `signnow.com` and `app.signnow.com`, then reload the SharePoint page and sign in again. |
| SignNow repeatedly prompts you to log in or grant access | Stale credentials or cached authorization data are usually the cause. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then re-authorize the SignNow connector in SharePoint. If the prompts continue, check whether a corporate proxy or firewall is blocking `signnow.com` domains and allowlist them. |

| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Signed documents don't appear in the SharePoint folder after all recipients sign | The destination or the connected account may be misconfigured. Confirm that **Save completed documents in SharePoint Online** is enabled in [Document storage](/docs/sharepoint-online-admin-tools#save-completed-documents-in-sharepoint-online) settings and that the folder path is correct. Also verify that the SignNow user completing the documents is the same account connected to the SharePoint integration. |
| Signed documents can't be found in the expected SignNow folder | Copies are saved to the folder set under **Keep document copies in SignNow** in [Document storage](/docs/sharepoint-online-admin-tools#store-document-copies-in-signnow) — either the **default workspace Team** folder or a custom **destination folder**. Check which one is selected. If the sender doesn't have access to the configured destination folder, the document is saved on behalf of the admin, so check the admin's account. |
