On the pop-up window, select the **App availability**:

- **Enable this app and add it to all sites**: Selecting this option adds the app automatically so site owners don't need to install it manually. The SignNow application is installed for all organization sites.
- **Only enable this app**: Selecting this option makes the app available for site owners to add from the My apps page. The SignNow application is installed for a specific SharePoint site. Manage the application on the **My apps** tab.

Once the admin has added the SignNow application, it is available for organization users. When you first click **Send with SignNow** or **Invites Status**, a sign-in prompt appears.

> If the sign-in page does not load, check that third-party cookies are enabled in your browser.

Grant the SignNow application required permissions by clicking **Accept**.

> Permissions are accepted only once — the first time you use the SignNow application.
