# Track the signing status

# Track the signing status

Open the SignNow extension from the record where you sent the attachment.

You will see all the documents sent from this record and their signing status.

- Filter document by status, date, or sender.
    
- Sort documents by ascending/descending order, name, creation date, or most recent activity.

Click **View Status** to view the detailed signing progress of the document.

On the detailed status page, you can track each step, view recipient email addresses, and see the date the document was signed.

> The **View Status** is not available for documents with a **Draft** status.
