# Download the signed document

# Download the signed document

Click **Open Document** to open the document in the editor.

- If the document has been signed or waiting for others, it opens in view mode.
- If the document is waiting for your signature, it opens in signing session mode.
- If the document has not been sent for signature, it opens in editing mode.

Click **Download** to save the document as a PDF.

To download the document with a detailed history, cancel the invite, delete the document, or take other actions, click the **More actions menu (…)** and select the needed option from the dropdown.

You will be redirected to your SignNow account. Click the **More actions menu (…)** again and select the required action.

> Signed documents are saved to the record attachments.
    
You can also access all sent documents in your SignNow account.
