# Supported Procore record types

The SignNow side panel appears on the detail page of an individual record, in the dock on the right edge of the page. SignNow for Procore works with the following Procore record types:

- RFIs
- Observations
- Work Order Contracts
- Purchase Order Contracts
- Incidents
- Direct Costs
- Inspections
- Punch Items
- Commitment Change Orders
- Potential Change Orders
- Prime Contract Change Orders
- Subcontractor Invoices
- Submittals

These are the record types available in the **Procore Record Type** list when you map template fields and when you add a custom action to a record type.
