# Prefill document and send invite

## Prefill a document from SharePoint list and Send Invite

Prefill SignNow templates with the data from SharePoint lists and send them out for signing.

Select the SharePoint list you need to prefill from, click on its action menu and select **Pre-fill and Send with SignNow**.

In the SignNow pop-up window, select a template to prefill, then click **Next to Role Mapping**.

Rename your document if needed and enter the emails for the signers in the document. Once ready, click **Next to Fields Mapping**.

Map SignNow fields with the SharePoint columns by selecting the respective values from the dropdowns.

_Tip: When preparing a SignNow template, add labels to the fillable fields to easily recognize them while mapping._

Keep in mind that only Text and Date fields are available for mapping.

Once you’ve finished, click **Next to Rows Data**.

Check if the data you’re going to map is correct and proceed **Next to Email Settings**.

Next, customize the message and subject of your email and send out the document.

By default, the signed documents will be saved to the SharePoint root folder.
