# Open document with SignNow

## Open document with SignNow

SignNow app allows users to upload any document to their SignNow accounts, so they could add fillable fields to it or turn it into a template. **Open with SignNow** stands for opening a document in SignNow editor.

To upload a document to SignNow, right-click on a document or click the actions menu and select **Open with SignNow** from the dropdown.

In the pop-up window, you can rename your document or leave as it is. Click **Continue** once ready.

The document opens in SignNow editor.
