# Merge sharepoint documents and send invite

## Merge SharePoint documents and Send Invite

Merge several documents from SharePoint of different formats, arrange their order, and send them out in SignNow as a single document.

Select documents in your SharePoint account. Click on the action menu on any document and select **Send with SignNow**.

In the pop-up window, name the newly merged document and rearrange the documents order by dragging them. Click **Merge and Continue** once ready.

The newly merged document opens in SignNow editor. Proceed to work with it as described in [Send with SignNow](/docs/send-with-signnow).
