## Team folders in SignNow

Documents and templates from SignNow for Salesforce are stored in your default workspace Team: templates in the Templates folder and document copies in the Documents folder. Salesforce users with permission to access the SignNow application can work with these shared folders. To choose where document copies are stored, use the [Document storage](/docs/document-storage) settings; no team folder setup is required.

> If your account already has a dedicated **Salesforce integration** team under Private Teams from an earlier installation, it is still supported. Its **Templates** folder holds the templates configured for Salesforce, and its **Documents** folder holds copies of documents sent from those templates.

### Document settings (legacy accounts)

If you still use the Salesforce integration team, enable the **Automatically add document copies sent from Private Team templates to the Private Team folder** toggle to add document copies created from Private Team templates to the Private Team folder.

When the toggle is enabled, the **Save documents by default to** field appears. By default, documents are saved to the **Salesforce integration** folder. To change the default folder, click **Change Folder**.

### Sending settings

You can set a default email address from which all team document invites will be sent. Click **Change** next to **Default Sending Email** to update it.

### Team management

To add members to the Salesforce integration team, click **Add Users**.

To rename or remove the team, click **More (...)** and select **Rename Team** or **Remove Team**.
