The installation process takes a couple of minutes. > In order to install an app, your SharePoint online must have an App Catalog site. To learn about how to create an App Catalog as an Office 365 Global Administrator, see : [Create App Catalog site](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/use-app-catalog#step-1-create-the-app-catalog-site-collection) > _**For Global Administrators only: Install from the Microsoft Admin Center**_ To install SignNow app for your organization and allow users to install it to their SharePoint sites, go to the Microsoft Admin Center. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/action-menu-admin.jpg) 1. In _Microsoft Admin Center_, go to the **Settings** > **Integrated apps** > **Get Apps**. Search for _SignNow for SharePoint Online_, and select the app page. Click on **Get it Now** and follow the instructions ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/564/images/docs-signnow/search-for-signnow.jpg) ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/564/images/docs-signnow/get-it-now.jpg) 3. Select **Deploy**. A green checkmark appears when the add-in is deployed. Follow the on-page instructions to test the add-in. _**For users with regular access: Request installation**_ 1. On the _Your Apps_ page, click **SharePoint Store**. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/sharepoint-store.jpg) 3. In the SharePoint Store find SignNow: type SignNow into the Search box. On the SignNow app page, click **Request it**. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/sharepoint-request-it.jpg) 5. Select if you’d like to install SignNow for specific users or for your whole organization. Click **Request**. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/sharepoint-request-it-2.jpg) The SignNow app appears in **Site Contents** - **Your Requests**. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/sharepoint-your-requests.jpg) The administrator of your SharePoint site must approve the request. When the admin approves your request and deploys the app to your organisation (see below), users will be able to see the App in _Site Contents_ > _From Your Organization_ and install it from there. Go to _Site Contents_ > select _From Your Organization_ > click on _SignNow for SharePoint Online_ > read the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Statement. If you agree, click **Trust it**. The SignNow app will be installed. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/567/images/docs-signnow/app-from-your-org.jpg) _**For admins of SharePoint Sites (users with Full permissions): Approve installation**_ Admins and users with Full permissions approve the request. In your SharePoint site, go to **Actions menu** > **Admin**. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/action-menu-admin.jpg) In _Microsoft Admin Center_, click **Show All** in the left sidebar. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/microsoft-365-admin-center-show-all.jpg) Scroll down and select **Sharepoint**. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/microsoft-365-admin-center-sharepoint.jpg) Sharepoint Admin Center opens. Select **apps**. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/sharepoint-admin-center-apps.jpg) In _Apps_, go to the **App catalog**. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/app-catalog.jpg) In the _App catalog_, look through the _App requests_ and click on the request marked as _New_. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/app-requests.jpg) Change the request status from _New_ to _Approved_ and click **Save**. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/441/images/docs-signnow/sharepoint/app-requests-signnow-for-share-point-online.jpg) Open the request and click **Click here** to view the _App Details_. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/567/images/docs-signnow/app-details.jpg) In the App Details page, click **Add It**. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/567/images/docs-signnow/add-it.jpg) Now, click **Deploy**. The App appears on the _App Catalog_ page and will be available to install in the section _From Your Organization_. ![](https://marketing-static.signnow.com/567/images/docs-signnow/after-deploy.jpg) **Send with SignNow** will be added to the actions menu in the document. > Note: To start working with the app, go to your document library, select any document and open the context menu.
